Fox Ridge Subdivision

The subdivision layout protected the environmentally sensitive areas and blended with the existing topographic features of the site.
The project was developed efficiently with minimal impact on the surrounding properties. The project involved developing 26 residential lots on approximately 18 acres of land.
An environmentally sensitive blue-line stream bisected the property. Steep slopes, which extended down to the blue-line stream, dominated a large percentage of the site.
In addition to the noted environmental considerations, existing residential subdivisions surround the site, so impacts on the surrounding properties were considered.
CT provided a full range of professional design services, including planning, zoning assistance, boundary, and topographic survey, site layout, grading, stormwater management design, and sanitary sewer design.
