South Main Street Improvements

This project is Phase 3 of the city’s downtown enhancement program completed by CT.
The improvements along South Main Street in Washington, Pennsylvania extend from Park Avenue to the railroad track and include replacement of curbs and sidewalk on both sides of South Main Street, new traffic signals at the intersections of South Main Street / Park Avenue and South Main Street / South Street, upgrades to the storm sewer system, new decorative street lights and landscaping.
