Environmental Assessment of Former City Hall Site

We conducted a Supplementary Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Survey and LBP Screening for the building.
CT Consultants was responsible for a Phase I ESA and Hazardous Materials Survey for this former City Hall and Municipal Offices building.
We worked with the Downriver Community Conference Brownfield Consortium (DCCBC), the City of Wyandotte, and 3131 Biddle, LLC. We provided a final report for the Supplementary Asbestos and Hazardous Material Survey and Lead-Based Paint Screenings.
