New Downtown Streetscape

The city opts to enhance its thriving downtown commercial area by installing streetscape amenities.
To complement its historic character, CT provided design and engineering services to install new period-style street lighting and decorative brick pavement. Overhead wires were buried underground; electrical outlets were installed to provide power for vendors during festivals and for seasonal decorations. And brick pavement was installed to delineate bump-outs along the existing sidewalk to provide pedestrians with a more aesthetically pleasing experience.
