CT acts as Prime for this 45,000 sq ft headquarters
Tri-County REC selected CT as the Prime Consultant to lead its new corporate headquarters facility’s programming, planning, design, and construction administration.
The eight-acre campus contains approximately 45,000 sf of construction across two primary facilities and an outdoor demonstration area. The office facility includes member services, administration, finance, engineering, operations, and outage management functions.
The warehouse facility contains central warehousing, indoor vehicle parking, a vehicle wash bay, and shop space. It also includes outdoor covered patio space for employees and a paved demonstration area.
CT’s services included site master planning, wayfinding, architectural, structural, and civil engineering, landscape architecture, full MEP, interior design, and furniture selection.
