Spring Hill, TN

CT presented preliminary concepts to the City of Spring Hill’s Town Center Revitalization Committee in January 2023.

The concepts build upon the historic structures remaining in the district and significant events in the town’s history. The concepts emphasize the historical importance of this area that has been lost over time. As part of the project, CT will update the City’s Unified Development Code to guide infill development in the district that reinforces the sense of a traditional downtown district; the concepts begin to suggest the style of architecture, building materials, massing, and placement of new buildings to be compatible with the remaining historic structures along the corridor.

The corridor improvements, along with architectural guidelines, will recreate a unique sense of place and achieve the community’s goal of economic development within the historic district.
