JAMES GOLIAS II, PE
Regional Manager
James has 25 years of experience as a civil engineer and is licensed in Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He holds several certifications with the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT).
His design and engineering experience include municipal infrastructure and utility improvements, park facilities, and private development projects. He has helped many communities through the concept, funding, design, and implementation of downtown revitalizations. He has worked with the city of Franklin, TN, for 20 years as they approach each phase of their downtown improvements.

PAUL ROSZAK, ASLA, LEED GA
Landscape Architect
Paul has extensive experience providing site planning and urban design services, emphasizing downtown districts, mixed-use corridors, and park & recreation improvements.
Paul’s responsibilities include conceptual design, master planning, site design and detailing, planting design, construction documents, cost estimating and budgeting, project management, and construction administration.

TOM GREGORY
Regional Business Development Director
Tom has a long history in Tennessee, connecting clients with the people and services they need. His experience has been solely in the build industry, with public and private clients.
Tom has helped guide state and local governments in Tennessee from project concept to site selection and construction administration. He understands the entire process of having any project come to fruition.
He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), the Tennessee Economic Development Council (TEDC, and the Southern Economic Development Council (SEDC).
