Kris is a certified urban planning professional with broad public sector planning and zoning experience at the county, city, village, and township levels.
She has developed a unique combination of expertise throughout her career, including research, land use planning, economic analysis, zoning, subdivision, stormwater management regulations, design guidelines, community surveys, meeting facilitation, and project management.

ALISA DUFFEY ROGERS, AICP
Principal Planner
With experience in planning and development in both the public and private sectors, Alisa has developed expertise in community development, project management, zoning ordinance development, and site plan analysis. She has public and private planning experience in California, Michigan, Virginia, Ohio, and North Carolina.
Alisa specializes in developing planning policies and new and amended zoning regulations with a keen understanding of best practices that are appropriate to meet the client’s needs.
Because of Alisa’s deep experience in multiple municipalities, she understands that regulations and standards must be drafted with an eye toward effective administration.
