Stunning 5,000 sf building addition and redevelopment of a 3-acre public library.
CT, working with Bostwick Design Partnership, provided conceptual planning and detailed engineering design services for a 5,000 sf building addition and redevelopment of a three-acre public library.
Design services included reconfiguring drive lanes and parking lots to improve patron and traffic flow and relocate the building’s primary drive lane access to a nearby intersection.
CT integrated new storm sewers, bio-retention basin, and underground stormwater detention system. New drive lanes, parking lots and patron drop-off, and site grading were also added. For more information, see The Business Journal’s article here.
