We strategically and holistically addressed current and future facility needs. We assessed needs through in-depth programming and planning, programmed and planned their facilities, and cost-effectively delivered a constructed project custom-tailored to meet their goals.

The 82-acre campus includes approximately 157,000 sq ft of construction across four primary buildings and multiple storage and equipment structures, along with a supporting laydown yard, employee site amenities, and untouched naturalized areas. The facility houses engineering, field, operations staff, warehousing and vehicle maintenance staff, and other related functions for GUC.

CT’s services included site master planning, wayfinding, architectural and structural design, full MEP, civil engineering, warehousing, and interior design. This $43 million project was completed in the fall of 2020. Innovative design strategies, such as stormwater management and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) principles, were incorporated into the design.
