This tree-lined avenue features safe areas for pedestrians and multi-modal forms of transportation for automobile, bus, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic.
This pedestrian-friendly tree-lined avenue features center-loaded bus stops as well as bus and bike lanes. Bollards, low walls, bold crosswalks, and street trees calm vehicular traffic and create safe areas for pedestrians and provide multi-modal forms of transportation for automobile, bus, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic.
The Euclid Corridor Streetscape Revitalization developed connections to and from the Cleveland Clinic, featuring: efficient and creative traffic patterns; street tree and shrub plantings; street furniture and lighting; and bike lanes and scored sidewalks The concept corridor designs were developed by Peter Walker and Partners to include stainless steel light poles and bollards, increased landscaping, planting tree pits, structural soil mix, and mulches. Our role was to develop their concepts into the final construction documents for construction and provide input during the installation of the streetscape.
