Downtown Street Improvements
East Liverpool, Ohio
East Liverpool has completed four capital improvement projects which were undertaken to turn around the economic downslide of this beautiful Ohio River community.
CT developed master plans, supported the steps to secure the funding needed, and prepared plans for bidding and construction of three streetscapes along Fifth Street, Market Street, and Washington Street, as well as a public parking lot. Each project included the installation of new curbs, pavements, decorative street lighting, undergrounding of utilities, landscaping, and site furnishings.
