CT’s Mentoring Program
CT Consultants’ mentoring program pairs CT professionals with an undergraduate student interested in or currently studying an area related to Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Landscape Architecture, Survey, or Urban Planning.
Mentors help students further explore their field of interest and become career-ready through regular communication, in-person meetings, office visits, and networking opportunities, as well as guidance on college essays, resumes, and interview techniques. We set up our mentoring program by the academic year. Still, we encourage all students to stay in touch with their mentors about their education journey, specifically any challenges they encounter. CT is committed to providing practical and effective mentoring – and inspiring future generations of architects and engineers!

A mentor provides you with wisdom, technical knowledge, assistance, support, empathy, and respect throughout, and often beyond, your graduate career. Mentoring helps students understand how their ambitions fit into graduate education, department life, and career choices.
