Memorial Field Improvements
Geneva, Ohio
This project was paid for through the state’s capital improvement budget with a grant of $392,000.
CT was retained by the city to prepare preliminary cost estimates for the existing six-acre park that had a gravel track, athletic field, non-functional tennis courts, and lacked parking. There was also some concern that the field needed to be more accessible for those with disabilities.
Once the funding was awarded, CT prepared the plans for improvements, including adding paved parking, new sidewalks, paving the track, and rehabilitating the old courts into tennis and pickleball courts.
