Seneca County, OH

CT developed a multi-jurisdiction comprehensive plan on behalf of Seneca
County, as well as the cities of Tiffin and Fostoria and the Seneca County
Park District.

The plan serves as a 20-year road map to guide Seneca County’s future growth and support coordinated development within the county. It considered broad issues like land-use policies and economic development while also covering specific community concerns, such as parks, open space conservation, housing, agriculture, and historic preservation.

An online community survey, extensive interviews, and numerous community meetings ensured that the plan addressed the communities’ most important land use/development-related issues.

As an initial step, CT developed a project logo to help brand the overall planning effort.
