As a Market Leader, Diane ensures each project has the necessary resources to meet the client’s desired outcomes, including scope, schedule, and budget. Justin has nine years of design and consulting experience and is licensed in five states. He has provided engineering design for various projects, from large-scale grading operations, like substations and well pads, to multi-mile linear utility and roadway projects, renewable energy development, and small-scale commercial site development.

Justin provides our clients with the designs necessary for all local and state regulations, erosion and sediment control design, report writing, local, state, DOT, federal permitting assistance and support, and 3-D design proficiency.
