The City of Willoughby hired CT to guide them through the design-build process for the development of their municipal courthouse.
CT acts as the Owner’s Representative for this $8 million design-build project, resulting in an impressive facility that blends well into the architecture of their historic downtown district. CT developed the design program requirements, negotiated lease agreements, and monitored the design and construction.
