Rosehill Road Reconstruction Phase I & II

Reynoldsburg, Ohio

The City of Reynoldsburg hired CT Consultants to provide construction administration, inspection and engineering services for the Phase I and II reconstruction of Rosehill Road.  CT Consultants’ personnel worked on behalf of the City to ensure the project was built according the plans and specifications and handled any issues in the field.  CT’s full time resident project representative provided coordination and communication with local residents and businesses, safety forces, and the contractor.  Our personnel were also responsible for administering project meetings, tracking quantities, preparing pay estimates, maintaining daily inspection reports and compiling overall project documentation and status reports.

Phase I was a complete reconstruction of approximately 0.93 miles of Rosehill Road including a center turn lane, curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water services transfers, water main installation, sidewalk, leisure path, street lighting, a re-alignment of the roadway at the north end of the project, and maintenance of traffic for a road closure that allowed local traffic only.  Phase II was a mill and overlay of an additional 4,150 feet of Rosehill Road.  The curb was removed and replaced, storm sewer structures were rehabilitated, and curb ramp improvements were also necessary as well as an intersection improvement at Livingston Avenue.
