Field Survey Technician

We are currently seeking an entry-level Field Land Survey Technician to work on various projects within our Land Services Market. On the job training will be provided.

This position can be based in either our Mentor, Columbus, or Akron, Ohio office locations.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Entry-level position with zero (0) to three (3) years’ experience
  • Positive attitude
  • Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills
  • Models a strong work ethic and is enthusiastic about learning and development opportunities
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Punctual
  • Surveying experience is a plus

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Instrument operation (GPS/Robotics equipment)
  • Provide assistance to survey crew
  • Most of the work is performed outdoors
  • Must be able to walk long distances, stand for longer durations and carry up to 50 pounds
