Entry Level Civil Engineer

We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to perform a wide range of civil engineering design and analysis services, primarily related to civil/site development for both public and private clients, under the direct supervision of senior engineering professionals.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A BS in Civil Engineering is required
  • 1-4 years of civil engineering experience
  • EIT or EI Certification
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and related design features

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Performing work on assigned tasks for studies and designs proceeding with analysis of study with guidance by Project Manager, using Civil Engineering skills
  • Developing technical solutions and plans for engineering projects, initial designs and reports and assisting with engineering project costs
  • Involved in coordinating the drafting efforts, inspection efforts or the sampling/monitoring efforts required on a project
  • Interact with internal and external team members, clients, utilities, contractors, and government agencies regarding questions or information on projects by providing technical input and assistance
  • Work with others in a team environment while completing tasks within budget and scope
