Welcome to the CT Consultants Project information page. The Projects listed below are currently in stock and available for sale via CT Consultants or other locations as noted. Please refer to the following instructions when using this page.

As a precautionary response to COVID-19 and the various Governors’ orders, our offices will be closed until further notice and direction from the Governors and/or our corporate office. While we are not physically at our offices, all of our fine staff at those offices are working from home. We are 100% functional and ready to serve our public and private clients, prime contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties such as our partners at all of the construction news agencies which we partner with to provide the industry with current construction project information.

As has been the case for over 15 years, in order to promote the most exposure of our projects for our clients, electronic files of the plans and specifications are available online at the links below at no charge for viewing and/or downloading and printing by the bidder, subcontractors, suppliers, or other parties. The bid forms are not online.

For the parties that would like to obtain the plans and specifications with the bid forms (bidders or others) or would like us to provide the hard copies of the plans and specifications instead of printing with your In-house facilities or a local printer you must use our new payment method:

For projects advertised after 5/15/20, please go to bids.ctconsultants.com, (your internet browser may also require www. before the web address), register your firm (first visit only) and pay online via several payment options (Visa, MC, etc.). Onsite/local pick up is not currently available at any of our offices. We will update this site if and when there is a change in logistics.

Special Conditions of Use for electronic files and hard copies of plans and specifications:

Only portions of the plans and specifications have been scanned and are available on-line. The bid forms are not online. Unless otherwise noted, bidders must purchase the contract plans and specifications to obtain a complete set of bid documents.
The electronic files and hard copies thereof of the plans and specifications may be utilized by prime contractors to see if they wish to purchase the entire set of plans and specifications and by subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to prepare quotes to prime contractors for that project. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
The electronic files and hard copies thereof of the plans and specifications may be utilized by construction news agencies to inform contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers of projects available for bid and the scope of the project. Any other use is strictly prohibited. No electronic files may be sold or distributed for a per project or per file fee. No hard copies thereof may be distributed except that one copy may be printed for use in each Plan Room and must be destroyed within 7 days after the Bid Opening.
